Non-Refundable Fees

  • Courses completed after 14 days or 2 lessons
  • Certificate or credential fees
  • Administrative fees
  • Group classes that have already been conducted
  • Exam preparation courses (unless within 14-day window)

Lesson Cancellation Policy

Cancel up to 24 hours before a scheduled lesson

⚠ Late Cancellation Fee

Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% lesson fee

✗ No-Show

Missing a lesson without cancellation will be charged in full

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • No penalty for cancellation
  • Remaining prepaid lessons can still be used until the subscription period ends
  • Contact us to cancel: info@aurelentgroup.com
  • Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing cycle

Special Circumstances

We understand that circumstances change. If you have extenuating circumstances such as:

  • Medical emergencies or illness
  • Family emergencies
  • Job loss or financial hardship
  • Technical issues preventing course completion

Corporate Account Cancellations

For corporate accounts, cancellation terms may differ. Please refer to your corporate contract or contact our corporate team for details.

Refund of Unused Materials

If you purchase physical or digital materials and request a refund within 30 days of purchase, unused materials can be returned for a refund. Shipping costs for returned materials are non-refundable.
